Personal data that you provide on this website is used by Partners for Water solely for the purpose for which you have provided it. This includes, in any case, all organisational activities relating to the (online) event for which you register. This also includes the possibility that photo and video material of the (online) event may be produced and used for reporting purposes and for the promotion of the (online) event or future (online) events.

How does Partners for Water handle your personal data?
Partners for Water uses your personal data only for the purpose for which you have provided it. In order to process your registration for the (online) event, you are required to make your personal data available.

If you would also like to receive (news) messages from Partners for Water in the future, you can indicate on the registration form that we may also use your personal data, such as your name, email address and telephone number (optional), for this purpose.

Evaluation form
After the (online) event, you may receive an evaluation form from Partners for Water uses the results of the evaluation to improve the offering of the (online) event. If the results of the evaluation are published, this will only be done at an aggregated level and the data cannot be traced back to an individual.

Who has access to your data?
The data is processed only in anonymised form and reported at an aggregated level. This is carried out by PINO evenementen en congressen BV and its sub-processors on behalf of Partners for Water. In the case of an online event, your personal data may be shared with the developer and/or administrator of the online platform used for that event.

Accessing, amending or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion by contacting Partners for Water. 

How long is your data retained?
Partners for Water does not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which you have provided it. After this period, the data will be deleted.

If you have indicated that you wish to continue receiving (news) messages from Partners for Water, your data will be retained for this purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to Partners for Water or by using the opt-out option at the bottom of the relevant (news) messages.
