After a successful first edition, the second edition of our annual event – under a new name – brings together the aviation innovation community to reflect, connect and accelerate progress. Eline founded NightBalance after developing the Sleep Position Trainer as part of her graduation project at TU Delft, a pioneering health tech company that introduced an innovative solution for sleep apnea. After successfully launching and selling the company, she is now Operational Partner at Thuja Capital. With a strong track record of turning high-tech ideas into impactful, scalable companies, Eline embodies the spirit of innovation and momentum that defines both our theme and the current phase of LiT. Her insights on growth, resilience and entrepreneurial leadership will set the tone for a day of inspiration and action.
